[Hybrid] Operations Officer (Part-Time)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees and manages the virtual inventory
  • Assist with the coordination among donors, warehouse team, and other stakeholders
  • Audit existing processes and make proposals on how to improve operations of the company for increased efficiency and effectivity
  • Make recommendations and provide insights based on data
  • Create flow charts, process diagrams, SOP manuals, and other documentations as needed
  • Make sure all documentations, processes, and reference materials are up to date
  • Coordinate closely with tech team for process flow improvements
  • Handles and process customer and order-related inquiries
  • Work with cross-functional teams
  • Perform other related duties as needed and assigned

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Product Development, Computer Science, Marketing (preferred but not required)
  • Has a growth mindset and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Tech-savvy
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Process-oriented and data-driven
  • Familiarity with digital tools, especially Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with The Lean Startup method and/or related concepts an advantage, but not required
  • Must be willing to travel to Makati area multiple times a week
  • We are a startup so roles and responsibilities may change as needed, so flexibility/ability to adapt quickly is highly preferred

    • Internship duration: Minimum of 4 to 6 months
    • After finishing the contract, intern can still continue either as an intern or an apprentice. A set of qualifications will be used to decide on the promotion to apprentice. Apprenticeship has a separate allowance.

       

      [Remote/WFH] Customer Experience & Finance Intern

      Responsibilities:

      • Assist in finance and accounting tasks related to orders
      • Analyze transactions related to company operations
      • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
      • Update our internal databases with information about issues and useful discussions with customers
      • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
      • Follow up with customers to ensure concerns are resolved
      • Gather customer feedback
      • Handle order transactions
      • Assist in booking couriers
      • Work closely with cross-functional teams
      • Perform other duties as needed and assigned

      Qualifications:

      • Degree programs related to Business Management, Finance, or Accounting (not required but encouraged)
      • Proficient with computers and tools such as Google Sheets, MS Excel, Airtable
      • Understanding of basic accounting principles and processes is an advantage
      • Experience in a Customer Support or Service role is an advantage
      • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
      • Detail-oriented and organized
      • Multi-tasking abilities
      • Patience when handling tough cases
