We are on a mission to foster a more conscious society through books - creating a haven where people can connect, discuss, and discover books that can impact their life. We do this by making bookselling and buying easier and by building a community of booklovers inclusive for all Filipinos.

Quite a lot! From novels, to children's books, to rare Filipiniana titles, we sell whatever our partner-sellers have! We also feature comic books, graphic novels, and all kinds of books you can think of.

Here are 3 ways to search: To find a particular book, just type the book title, author, or genre in the Search Bar. For book-hunting, we recommend that you use our "Show me a Random Book" feature or browse by categories. Nope! Immediately check out the book/s you want without registering. But if you want to get updated on special offers and promotions, feel free to sign up and create an account!

You can pay using credit/debit card, retail outlets (7-Eleven or Cebuana Lhuillier), E-Wallet (Paymaya, GCash, or Grab Pay), or through Direct Debit (BPI or UnionBank).

Ordering is on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment within 24 hours guarantees that the book will be reserved especially for you.

The shipping fee depends on the following factors: your location, the bookseller's location, the book's weight, and the courier of your choice. If you encounter unusually high shipping fees, let us know right away by emailing us at orders@bookspine.ph!

Yes, we accept Cash-on-Delivery as long as your area is serviceable by GoGo Xpress.

A tracking number and a tracking link will be sent to you via text and email upon shipping your order.

The BookSpine PH Team will directly transact with you throughout your book-buying experience. To ensure that the book is safely and successfully delivered to you, we only disburse payments to our partner sellers once you have confirmed that you've received your order.

BOOKSELLER FAQS

We can help you sell your books through our Pasa-Benta service. This is ideal for declutterers who don't have the time and energy to sell their own books. BookSpine Mall will keep and sell the books for you turning your old reads into cash! You can sign-up here: https://www.bookspine.ph/pages/sell-your-books.

Bulk of the proceeds with go to our partner beneficiary. Our current partner is Alpabasa. They aim to improve literacy in the Philippines by teaching underprivileged children across the country how to read.

PASA-BENTA FAQS

We sell any books you have: new or preloved, comics or textbooks, literary or graphic as long as the total book condition score (considering the book's spine, pages, and cover) is not 6 (total maximum score is 15). Sample book condition score can be found in our product page.

BookSpine PH condemns redistribution of illegally reprinted and pirated books.

Your earnings will depend on your chosen Pasa-Benta services. Currently, we have three options for you: Alpha, Beta, and Charlie.

For Pasa-Benta Alpha, your profit share for every successfully fulfilled order is 40%. Meanwhile, for Pasa-Benta Beta and Charlie, your profit share is 45% and 50%, respectively.

Yes, if the books consigned are less than or equal to 30 SKUs. If you have more than 30 SKUs, BookSpine will refund 50% of the shipping fee to you. Our refund will base on the shipping fee of GoGo Xpress.

In the event that the books have no sales for a certain period, you books will be discounted for a maximum of 50% after 6 months.

We'll disburse the buyer's payment to your account once they have confirmed the receipt of their order. This way, we enable a safe marketplace for both buyers and sellers at BookSpine PH. Currently, our disbursement schedule is every Wednesday and Friday.

BOOKDONATE FAQS

All kinds of books (regardless of genre) and extra stationery or office supplies are accepted – as these will also be examined and sorted out by our team. Foremost, BookSpine PH condemns redistribution of illegally reprinted and pirated books.

60% of sales go to beneficiaries while 40% of sales to BookSpine PH. Meanwhile, unsold books/supplies stay on our website unless decided to be donated directly to our partner beneficiary. Our team will regulary release public transparency report about this.

BookSpine PH will make sure to keep you updated on the status of your donations from if they were posted on the website (if available or sold), donated directly to the foundation or other organizations, or sold to junk shops for cash (which will still be given to our partner).

Donors will receive 1 point (equivalent to PhP 1) per book donated. These can be used on buying books and supplies at bookspine.ph – no minimum spend! This will be valid a year from the date of issuance, non-transferrable.
